On October 21, 2025, the workshop “Level Up Your Communication Skills in AI Era” was held at the Centennial Campus of the University of Hong Kong. Mr. Douglas Yim, an experienced host, was invited as our guest speaker.
Mr. Yim, an expert in hosting and speaking, shared how to effectively use artificial intelligence to improve presentation skills and speech writing. He also discussed the daily practices and insights of professional hosting, exploring the nuances of language expression.
This event deepened students' understanding of how AI can assist in daily work. It also raised their awareness of the importance of multiple forms of expressions. It was expected to benefit their personal growth and development.
